GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
1- SCOPE
The hereby general sales conditions rule the contractial relations between AMENTET S.A.R.L and its client, both parties accepting them without reserve in the framework of the transactions taking place on the online boutique www.amentet.com
2- Order
Any order binds the client from the time of validation of the electronic order form on the site amentet.com. Furthermore, the company Amentet commits itself to confirm all orders by e.mail at the time of shipment and to attach an invoice to every shipment.
3- Pricing
The prices mentionned are effective at the time of the order and are given in euros.
The shipping is at the cost of the client as well as the TVA or other eventual taxes.
Shipping costs are added and depend on destination, weight and manner of delivery.
4- Payment
The payment of the purchases on the site www.amentet.com is made by credit card
directly on the site in the payment form offered during the order proceedings, by means of the system of secure payment.
Besides, whatever the mode of payment used, the order validated by the client will not be effective until payment has been established.
5- Deliveries
Every order will be send registered to the address indicated by the client and after receipt of the invoiced sum.
The delays in delivery are from 1 to 3 weeks on average depending on availibility of stock.
Lack of availibility or delay will be duly reported to the client by e.mail with money back within 30 days at most from the effective date of the order.
AMENTET SARL CANNOT BE MADE RESPONSABLE FOR EVENTUAL DELAYS due to the carrier nor for damages to the goods caused by him.
6- Retraction
The client disposes of a retraction delay of 7 (seven) days from the reception date of the ordered goods to return them at his cost and get refund of the paid sum, in 30 days at the most from the time of payment.
7- Conformity
The items sold by AMENTET S.A.R.L are hand made by moroccan craftsmen.
Therefore and besides a systematic control, slight variations can occur in the finishing from one item to the other, which does not engage the responsability of AMENTET S.A.R.L
However, in case of non conformity, and under reserve of the above mentionned variations, the client disposes of a delay of 15 (fifteen) days from the time of delivery to notify AMENTET S.A.R.L by registered mail and by e.mail at service-client@amentet.com
In case of a mistake made by Amentet S.A.R.L the return shipping will be at the cost of the former.
8- Personnal data
All the informations asked for on the site are strickly necessary to the good outcome of the orders. AMENTET S.A.R.L commits to treat them as confidential and not disclose them to another party. Furthermore, as is common practice, the client disposes of a right to access, modification, correction or withdrawal of the data concerning him, which he can require by mail at AMENTET S.A.R.L La Lagune tranche 4 lot. 139 Niéma 9, Poste principale BP 225. 44000 ESSAOUIRA - MAROC or by e.mail at contact@amentet.com
9- Legal Recourse
In case no amicable solution can be found, any litigation that would arise from this contractual relationship would be under moroccan law and submitted to the juridiction of the tribunals where the Amentet SARL has its headquarters.
10- Responsability
The AMENTET S.A.R.L denies all responsability for the non completion of one of the clauses in case of acts of God, accidents, strikes, etc...
11- Complaints
Any eventual complaint will be addressed by mail to the headquarters of AMENTET S.A.R.L or by e.mail (service-client@amentet.com).
